Device identifier: An anonymous UUID generated locally that identifies your device. It is not linked to your personal identity.
Session data: Records of the apps you open while please, wait is active, session duration, and whether you completed the reflection.
Wellbeing responses: Your answers to the questions before and after the reflection pause (emotional state, overstimulation level, time perception).
Usage events: Anonymous events such as app opens or screen views, used solely to improve the experience.
Email (B2B users only): If an organization (such as a school or a club) purchases seats for its members, we store the email addresses provided by the organization in order to grant and manage access.
All data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. It is only synced to our servers anonymously and infrequently (weekly) for aggregated analysis purposes.
